📌 Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Protective films, stickers, or seals must be intact.
• Items with physical damage (cracks, scratches, bent hinges, pressure marks) are not eligible for return.
• Compatibility issues are accepted only if the item is unused.
• Defective items must be reported within 48 hour of delivery.
• Delivery damage must be reported within 48 hours with photo/video proof.

• Used or installed laptop parts
• Customer‑damaged items
• Items missing screws, brackets, or accessories
• Items with removed screen protectors
• Items showing burn marks, flex damage, or pressure damage

📌 Restocking Fee

• Opened items → 20% restocking fee
• Wrong item returned → 20% restocking fee
• Used items → No refund

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
